Cortina-Koplowitz buys residential building in Madrid
23 January 2020 | Ana Tavares

Family Cortina-Koplowitz announced the purchase of a residential building at calle Orellana 1, in Madrid. The building had been placed on the market a little more than a year ago for around 35 million euro. The deal was now closed for 22 million euro.

The information is advanced by El Confidencial, according to whom it was the elevated price that was impeding the sale, the same as with other similar buildings which are yet to find a buyer.

The family reinforces thus its Madrid portfolio, which also includes a building at calle Manuela Malasaña and several buildings at calle San Bernardo, besides other buildings at streets Miguel Servet, Pasaje de Pradillo, San Pedro y León, Prim and Bravo Murillo.
