This new student residence will be constructed in the recently bought building located at number 489 Calle Pallars – where there is currently a complex which includes warehouses and retail areas. It will have a 4.550 sqm GLA, which will be spread across 257 apartments and several common areas such as a coworking area, terraces, a pool and also a gym.

In total, Corestate Capital Holding expects to spend 30 million euro in this new unit which should start operating in 2022 under the brand Youniq, according to daily newspaper Eje Prime this Monday.

This is the sixth student residence Corestate develops in Spain. The main Spanish university cities were chosen by the management company to develop the other five – Madrid, Valencia, Seville and Salamanca. The sum of all these investments reaches, according to the Spanish daily newspaper, 230 million euro.
