Colonial launches 12 projects which will cost a total of €1.300M

Spanish REIT Colonial reinforces its portfolio with investments on the three main cities where it operates: Madrid, Barcelona and Paris. In them it intends to develop, until 2023, 12 new properties which represent a 1.300 million euro investment.


Of these 12 properties, which will be mainly office buildings, five are located in Madrid, mentions newspaper Cinco Días. Among them is the 89.871 sqm Campus de Méndez Álvaro which represents a 287 million euro investment.

Four more buildings will be constructed in Barcelona and 3 in Paris. According to newspaper Expansión, these set of assets will yield in the future, 512 million euro per year.

Currently, Colonial has a portfolio estimated at 11.348 million euro, of which offices constitute the larger share.
