Blackstone reaches “industry-record” in Total AUM

American Blackstone reached an «industry record» of 498 billion euro in Total Assets Under Management (AUM) during this year’s third quarter, increasing 21% yoy.


The company’s latest financial report, released this Wednesday, reveals, on the other hand, that the company reduced its total revenues in 17% when compared to last September. The registered revenue is now 4.7 billion euro.

Blackstone’s net income also dropped 13% during the last 9 months to 2.61 billion euro.

During the final balance presentation, the company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Stephen A. Schwarzman considered that «in the third quarter, Blackstone again generated strong results for our investors, who in today’s challenging environment look to our firm as a critical solutions provider».

«Our investors continue to entrust us with capital for both new and existing strategies, including nearly $150 billion [134.9 billion euro] of inflows during the last year», he added.
