Blackstone negotiates Helios building for €200M

American fund Blackstone already has a prospective interested party in its Helios building, located in Madrid, which was placed on the market last month.



The interested party is a South Korean fund whose identity was not disclosed. It is known however that it is represented in Spain by real estate fund management company Savills Investment Management and that, according to newspaper Cinco Dias, this operation might be closed for 200 million euro. CBRE is in charge of advising the seller on this operation, reveals the same newspaper.

This office complex – which is still under construction – is located at number 1 Vía de los Poblados, it will have six floors and 34.947 sqm. Starting in 2020 it will become ING’s new headquarters.
