05 June 2019 | Vanessa Sousa

Bankia launched its latest divestment strategy on the market: Project Jarama, which includes the sale of 3.000 dwellings for 500 million euro.

This operation will be advised by consultant KPMG and, according to El Confidencial, it will help Bankia reduce its unproductive asset portfolio.

This year, the financial institution led by José Ignacio Goirigolzarri has already closed two sales of this type. One with Cerberus and Kruk for 150 million euro de euros. And another, more recent one with Blackstone for 300 million euro.
