Fund Arcano Value Added Real Estate II announced this week the acquisition of a logistic asset located within the Cerro del Rubal Industrial Park, in Madrid, for around 7.4 million euro.
The asset has 25.000 sqm and the terrain where it is settled has 42.000 sqm. It was acquired at a public auction, and the goal is to reclassify and reposition the asset so as to increase its market value.
The same fund carried out other operations recently, such as the purchase of news agency EFE’s headquarters, at Espronceda 32, an area where a new luxury complex with 50 dwellings is under construction.
Pablo Gómez-Almansa, Investment Manager at Arcano Real Estate, assured that «the acquisition of this warehouse is in line with our business strategy of seeking high quality differentiated products capable of adding value to the investors within a very competitive context».
