Almagro concludes the year’s first purchases: 5 units in Madrid

The REIT specialised in senior residences has already closed its first purchases of the year and it chose Madrid to do it, by buying 5 units for 2.5 million euro.

The first purchase was the 51 sqm senior residence located at Calle General Oráa, at the beginning of the year. The second purchase was the 63 sqm residence located at Calle Velázquez in Madrid, and the third was the 114 sqm unit located at Calle Príncipe de Vergara in Madrid. In February Almagro purchased the residence located at Calle Goya in the Spanish capital with 266 sqm, and the final residence is located at Calle Ayala, and it has 139 sqm.

This information was advanced by the REIT itself in a release issued this Monday at the Mercado Alternativo Bursátil, which further mentions that all the purchased units are fully leased. Almagro used the same channel last year to reveal it had reached a portfolio with 56 assets, 214% more yoy.

With these latest acquisitions, the company’s portfolio reaches 61 assets adding 633 sqm to the existing 8.331 sqm for a total area of 8.965 sqm.
