The genesis of the Barceló Hotel Group was Barceló Hotels & Resorts, created in Palma de Mallorca (Spain) 85 years ago. Thanks to its hotel division, with more than 54,000 rooms, and to its travel division, with more than 685 travel agencies in 22 countries, the group is the 3rd biggest hotel chain in Spain and the 29th in the world.
