ADVERO was born in response to the socio-economic change in recent years, which has generated a significant increase in the demand for rental housing in Spain compared to the traditional model of property ownership. ADVERO Properties was established in August 2017 and was listed on the MAB (Spain’s alternative stock exchange) at the beginning of November 2019. Adequita Capital Ltd., ADVERO’s promoter, leads the management of all outsourced services from London.
