WHITENI RCAJAL SOCIMI, S.A. was founded in December 2017 and since January 2019 is listed on the European market (EURONEXT).

Throughout the year 2018, capital increases have been carried out, thus incorporating other shareholders to the company.

The company’s main activity is the acquisition and management of real estate assets in Spain, with the objective of maximising and optimising profitability for shareholders through active and effective management of the equity raised.

Formed by a team of professionals with more than 25 years of experience in the real estate sector, we manage assets worth more than 19 million euros. Our strategy is aimed at acquiring buildings to maximise the return on assets. We identify investment opportunities through proactive property search, preferably in the Community of Madrid.
