Viqueira is a Galician family firm dedicated to construction, property development, tourism and asset management.

To understand the history of the company we have to go back to 1958, when its founder Mr. José Viqueira Lago created a small construction company in the city of Vigo. José Viqueira Lago Construcciones started its activity at that time accompanied by a team of professionals with experience in the sector, with a clear value proposition: to build with quality, being the seriousness and the vocation of service the fundamental pillars on which its future is based.

Little by little, and always working around its founding values, the company grew and diversified its activity towards strategic sectors of the Spanish economy, such as property development and the service sector.

Throughout its history, Viqueira has built more than 1,000,000 m² of buildings, more than 2,500 families have trusted the company to create their homes and more than 400,000 clients have chosen one of our hotels to enjoy their holidays.
