Q-Living is a Spanish real estate investment manager. The company is specialized in the creation of real estate vehicles and platforms focused on the development, investment and management of new construction real estate assets for rent (Built-to-Rent).

Q Living begins its involvement with this type of projects in 2017, having managed to date more than €250 million in real estate assets. The Q-Living team has developed more than 1,400 affordable rental properties (mainly VPO) in the Community of Madrid and the Basque Country and successfully transacted a portfolio of +900 homes. 

The main objective of Q-Living is to contribute its "grain of sand" in increasing the supply of affordable rental housing, currently so scarce in our country, creating new high quality, sustainable and affordable rental homes. All this, leads us to obtain not only a stable and secure financial return, but also to develop a social labor giving access to people of all ages and social spectrums to quality housing at affordable prices.
