Firmum Capital is focused on investing funds in car park infrastructures.  The firm makes these investments through its investment vehicle and management firm APK Gestión de Aparcamientos.

Firmum Capital acquires car parks in freehold or as concessions for over 20 years.  The establishments have parking lots which are used in rotation and for permit holders, and have proven cash flow generating capacity. For the moment, the company is focussing on the Spanish markets, but it does not rule out launching in other European markets.

The firm has a team that is expert in buying and managing this type of assets. Firmum Capital‘s partners have been board members or senior managers of companies that are references in the carparking sector and in the last few years have invested over EUR  1.7 bn in purchasing assets or companies.

For the Last two decades, the Firmum Capital team has managed and has been responsible for opening over a hundred facilities.. Its high level of know-how in infrastructure stretches from hospitals to historic city centres, as well as office complexes, shopping malls and leisure centres.
