Culmia is a leading real estate project management platform in Spain whose strategic plan has four pillars: housing for sale, rental housing, affordable housing and land management in urban developments.

It has delivered more than 7,400 homes in more than 15 developments. It currently has a portfolio of 15,500 homes. 8,450 are under development in 110 developments, of which 40 are under construction, totalling 3,800 homes, and a further 50 developments, totalling 2,700 homes, are being marketed. The portfolio includes a land bank located in strategic sectors totalling 6,800 homes for 135 developments.

In build to rent, more than 750 homes are being developed. And in affordable housing, of note is the award of lot 3 of the first phase of the Madrid Regional Government's VIVE Plan, 1,763 homes which are currently being marketed; the only lot of the second phase of the VIVE Plan, comprising 1,137 homes; and two lots of the Madrid City Council's Affordable Rental Plan, comprising 871 homes.
