Our investment horizon is long-term. We mainly invest in office properties where we see great potential for added value. Mixed uses with residential and retail are also possible. We like to look for unique and unusual objects.

We take a holistic and structured view of real estate along the entire value chain, from structural development and financing to the rental and implementation of innovative usage concepts.

Proximity to investors is just as important to us as it is to tenants, because both are prerequisites for sustainable value development of the property. Through our active asset management, we can leverage value creation potential and thereby reduce the dependence of our returns on general market developments.
