Since 2011 , Cajalmendralejo is the parent entity of the Solventia Cooperative Group , where it is integrated together with the Andalusian Rural Savings Banks of Adamuz, Baena, Cañete de las Torres, Nueva Carteya and Utrera.

Cajalmendralejo has worked since its inception for and for Extremadura, maintaining as its fundamental principle its commitment to economic, social and cultural development. Fruit of that responsibility with its surroundings, Cajalmendralejo has been worthy of multiple recognitions. In 2003, he was distinguished and publicly recognized for the relevant services provided to Extremadura society through the award of the Extremadura Medal.
