Aliseda Inmobiliaria is a joint venture company of Blackstone (51%) with Banco Santander (49%). It manages a portfolio of 10.3 billion Euros of assets and loans from Banco Popular´s real estate business, controlling 80,000 properties and 40,000 loan collaterals.

Aliseda defines itself as a value-added strategy for the Spanish real estate market. The company manages and sells land, residential properties and tertiary assets (offices, logistics hotels and retail). Moreover, it manages a relevant portfolio of rental assets, fundamentally residential. With this background, has been able to enhance the areas in which it specialises to offer its services, experience, and structure to third parties, such as entities, funds, large companies or public administrations.

It has also launched Excent, a new line of business to help local developers boost the marketing of new construction through 550 APIs in more than 2,500 municipalities in a first perimeter. Together with Anticipa, it has launched EFFIC to act as a rehabilitation agent and manage projects to improve efficiency and energy savings in homes.
